Session 1: Mapping
The Focus: Articulation & Clarity
The Process: We sit together (virtually or in person) to talk through your workflows. You articulate the "how" and "why" of your business; together we translate it into a structural map and pick the most appropriate tools that you actually want to use
Session 2: Construction*
The Focus: Implementation
The Process: You step back. I go to work in the backend, building your ClickUp hierarchy and configuring your new tools so they are up and running, ready for you to use
Session 3: Embodiment
The Focus: Training & Handover
The Process: We reconvene for one-on-one training and reflection. Together we go through the new tools and get you comfortable in using them

Walk the Path Together
We do a follow-up call every week, for at least an hour, to check in and see how you are going and answer any questions you may have and walk through any issues that have arisen.
