Meet Erin
Hi, I’m Erin Louise — an enthusiastic supporter who loves seeing inspired people make their work simpler, smoother, and more enjoyable. When you have the right structure in place, energy flows freely and creative freedom abounds. I’m here to help you find those structures.
About me: I’ve gathered a pretty broad mix of experience over the years — 20+ years in accounting and bookkeeping, running my own small business, retail, hospitality, and even social enterprise. It’s been quite the journey, full of learning curves, growth, and a whole lot of hard work.
All that hard work and daily grind led to a series of awakenings — a collection of moments where everything became clear, and I started asking what really mattered in my life. And it turns out passion is one of those things.
With all that under my belt, I followed my passion for using Xero and dove back into bookkeeping — this time in a social enterprise setting, with all the unique challenges that come with it! I discovered things about myself I was unaware of - like that I pick up software more easily than most people, and with my background in management, I am able to train others and pass that knowledge on in a way that makes sense.
And then... I found ClickUp — and my passion took off again!
When Things Go Wrong
Working closely with the founder of a not-for-profit social enterprise showed me some of the real pain points of running these kinds of organisations:
