That is the structure. Simple on the surface, and as deep as you need it to be.

What Can It Do for a Solopreneur?

You can manage your client work without a separate CRM. Create a List for each client, log every interaction in the comments, and attach files directly to the task. Everything related to that client sits in one place.

You can track your socials content without a spreadsheet. Move ideas from Concept to In Progress to Published using a simple board view. No more wondering what you were supposed to post this week or where you saved the relevant files.

You can keep your admin in order. Invoices to follow up, subscriptions to review, onboarding steps for a new project. All captured, all visible, none of it living rent-free in your brain.
